Issue Description:
StorEdge A5200 with 11 slot HDA (501-4158-03) may fail LBF test in Stortools,
and experience various SCSI Errors that are captured in the syslog file
(/var/adm/messages).  Examples of errors that might be seen are;

  SCSI Parity,
  CRC,
  SCSI Transport, or
  SCSI Transport Reject errors

During qualification of the next generation 9GB (540-3869-xx) Seagate and
18GB (540-4191-xx) Seagate drives in the StorEdge A5200, it was found that
the original HDA 11 Slot Backplane (501-4158-03) was failing the LBF test
in Stortools and showing CRC and SCSI parity errors.

All StorEdge A5200 systems shipped prior to March 28, 1999 could be affected
when xoption 6720A (18GB 10K FCAL Drive) or xoption 6710A (9GB 10K FCAL Drive)
are installed.

Corrective action was made available on March 18, 1999 via ECO# WO_14814 by
adding capacitors and dash rolling the 501-4158-03 to -04. The 501-4158-04
was released into the A5200 chassis in Sun Manufacturing on March 28, 1999
via ECO# WO_14866.
Implementation:

         ---
        | X | CONTROLLED PRO-ACTIVE (per Sun Geo Plan)
	 ---

         ---
  	| | UPON FAILURE
	 ---
Replacement Time Estimate:
45 minutes
Special Considerations:
Because the error showed in Stortools as LBF fail or Loop Integrity Soft Error,
and appeared to have a higher failure frequency than the current 9GB 10K drive,
Engineering decided to recommend that customers with MIN trays shipped prior to
March 28, 1999, and looking to add 11 or more xoptions of the new drives should
schedule a time to upgrade the 501-4158-03 backplane to 501-4158-04 prior to
installation of their xoptions.

Secondary exposure would be customers requiring drive FRUs for those A5200 22
drive max chassis shipped prior to March 28, 1999. Because the failures are
believed to be related to the drives increased capacity and modified timing,
the failure frequency is tied to the number of new drives in the chassis. In
other words, replacing one or two of the old drives with new drive FRUs will
not result in increased failures. Updating the backplane to dash -04 at the
next scheduled maintenance appointment is sufficient to cover this low
exposure.
Corrective Action:
Upon failure or at next service call replace any 501-4158-03
(HDA 11 Slot Backplane) with 501-4158-04 or above.

Determine the dash level of the 11-slot backplane in the A5200 by using
`luxadm display [array name]', or by selecting the Backplane Icon on the FPM:

Backplane revision 02 on FPM (or in luxadm output) = 501-4158-03 backplane
Backplane revision 03 on FPM (or in luxadm output) = 501-4158-04 backplane
