Issue Description: 
Enterprise 10000 systems with SunFastEthernet Cards (Sun p/n 501-2739-05)
could experience system hangs, CRC Data errors, no network access or ethernet
interrupts.  System may fail POST.

Examples of possible error messages are...

1- After a power up during POST the following message could appear;

     Interrupt is in the wrong state

2- After a successful POST the following message could appear during the OBP;

     Can't clear FAS interrupts: Check SCSI Term. Power Fuse.
     sd st Resetting...

Root cause has been determined to be the result of a new supplier in
Malaysia who began supplying product to Sun on July 1, 1999 but did not
incorporate rework as described in ECO# WO_09756.

Below shows the affected supplier date codes ranges and the quantities
associated with those ranges.

Corrective action was taken in Sun Manufacturing on October 1, 1999 via
StopShip WS001#3608.  Therefore, only SunFastEthernet Cards made in Malaysia
between July 1, 1999 and October 1, 1999 are affected.  Corrective action
was taken in Enterprise Services by issuing DPCO_172 on January 10th, 2000.

Corrective Action: 
Upon failure or request replace 501-2739-05 SunFastEthernet Card in the
affected serial number ranges AND made in Malaysia with a 501-2739-05
not made in Malaysia or having StopShip Label "WS001#3608" or with a
501-2739-05 outside of the affected serial number range.
Billing Type: 
Warranty: Sun will provide parts at no charge under Warranty 
           Service. On-Site Labor Rates are based on how the
           system was initially installed.

 Contract: Sun will provide parts at no charge. On-Site Labor Rates
           are based on the type of service contract.

 Non Contract: Sun will provide parts at no charge. Installation by
               Sun is available based on the On-Site Labor Rates 
               defined in the Price List.

i)   In case of Mandatory FCOs, Enterprise Services will attempt to contact
      all known customers to recommend the part upgrade.

ii)  For controlled proactive swap FCOs, Enterprise Services mission critical
     support teams will initiate proactive swap efforts for their respective 
     accounts, as required.

iii) For Replace upon Failure FCOs, Enterprise Services partners will implement 
     the necessary corrective actions as and when they are required.
