Issue Description:
The VRM Interposer board (Sun p/n 375-0094-01) can cause intermittent system
resets in the Enterprise 220R (Razor) under high-load conditions. A high-load
condition is defined as anytime the CPU modules are drawing higher than normal
power. This is primarily dependent on the system configuration (two processors
versus one) as well as what software is running at the time. No system errors
are reported.

Root Cause has determined the circuit that generates core power for the CPU
modules has an insufficient voltage margin, and under high-load conditions
may prematurely signal an overvoltage condition which causes the system to
reset. The fix modifies the VRM Interposer board (375-0094-01) to better
use the margin that the VRM overvoltage detector provides thereby avoiding
a premature overvoltage condition.

Corrective action was implemented in Manufacturing on February 19th, 2000
via Deviation ECO# WO_17041.

Corrective action was made available to Enterprise Services on May 8th, 2000
by the availability of the 375-0094-02 via ECO# WO_17257.

________________________

i) In case of Mandatory FCOs, Enterprise Services will attempt to contact
all known customers to recommend the part upgrade.

ii) For controlled proactive swap FCOs, Enterprise Services mission critical
support teams will initiate proactive swap efforts for their respective
     accounts, as required.

iii) For Replace upon Failure FCOs, Enterprise Services partners will implement
the necessary corrective actions as and when they are required.
