Issue Description: 
The display may be blank (no video) on a SunBlade 1000, SunBlade 2000, Ultra 80
and Ultra 60 upon boot-up because the XVR-1000 Graphics Accelerator is not
recognized by the system.  This causes the boot-up test to fail because of an
"Error 1000" condition.  This error occurs because the software can not
communicate with the S-Video chip on the board.

This failure has only been seen during qualification of the XVR-1000.  The
likelihood of a customer experiencing this failure is low.  In house testing
revealed a 24% failure rate on affected boards.

Root cause has determined that the S-Video chip's clock on the Graphics
Accelerator was not functioning properly due to a design issue.  The fix was to
add a 1Meg Ohm, 5%, 0.25W resistor across the 13.5 MHz clock crystal (Y2600) to
aid in start up.

Corrective action was made available by dash rolling the XVR-1000 Graphics
Accelerator from 540-4298-06 to -07 via ECO# WO_23936 on April 25, 2002.
Corrective action was made available in Sun Services via LEAP# 1992 on May 01,
2002.
