Notes
- Use an 8mm nutdriver (or 5/16") to remove the Bus bar retaining nuts.
- Pre-production systems use four M5 Nuts instead of two Screws and two Nuts.
- Each pre-production Bus Bar has two M5 studs.
- Each production Bus Bar has one M5 stud and one M4 PEM nut.
- Flange Nut 240-5984 replaced Cap Nut 240-4799 in October 2006.

- Flange Nut 240-5984 includes a Polyamid insert.
Tighten to 18 in/lb or 2.0 Nm.
