Notes

1. The minimum Solaris operating system is Solaris 10 5/08.
2. Press Fault Locate button SW1 to illuminate the CPU and DIMM fault LEDs.
3. The FRU includes Disk Backplanes, Cables, System Board, Enclosure, and Cover.
4. The FRU does not include CPUs, Disks, Heatsinks, or Memory.
5. Thermal Grease 310-0065 is included with the Heatsink and System Board FRUs.
6. Heatsink 310-0091 is pre-greased with ShinEtsu G751 (310-0049).
7. Install DIMMs in D0/D1, then D2/D3, D4/D5, and D6/D7.

Disk Backplane Notes

1. The 2-Slot Disk Backplane has no part number and is not available as a FRU.
2. There is no Disk Backplane cable kit for the Sun Blade X6240.

3. System Board 542-0141 supports 8GB DIMMs and utilizes cHT3 (Coherent HyperTransport 3.0) technology.
