Notes

1. The minimum Solaris operating system is Solaris 10 10/09 64-bit.
2. Heatsinks 310-0254 and 310-0255 are pre-greased with Shin-Etsu X23-7783D.
3. The X6275 M2 FRU includes four 310-0065 Shin-Etsu X23-7783D syringes.

Chassis Notes

1. X6275 M2 GbE is supported in the Sun Blade 6000 A90-B and A90-D.
2. X6275 M2 GbE is not supported in the Sun Blade 6000 A90-A or in the Sun Blade 6048.
3. The Sun Blade X6275 M2 requires a PCI Express 2.0 Midplane.
4. Sun Blade 6000 Midplane 501-7376 supports PCI Express 1.1.
5. Sun Blade 6000 Midplanes 511-1298 and 511-1487 support PCI Express 2.0.

Memory Installation Notes

1. Install Blue socket DIMMs D5/D3/D1 then install White socket DIMMs D4/D2/D0.
2. The configuration of CPU0 and CPU1 memory on each Node must be identical.
3. Supported configurations are three DIMMs per CPU or six DIMMs per CPU.
4. Maximum speed is 1333MHz when 1333MHz DIMMs are installed in D1, D3, and D5.
5. Maximum speed is 1066MHz when any speed DIMMs are installed in all slots.
