Notes
- The minimum operating system is Solaris 8 2/04, Solaris 9 9/04, or
Solaris 10 3/05.
- ALOM update is available at
 Firmware Downloads.
- The JBUS clock is 167MHz and the Memory clock is 125MHz with
1.002GHz CPUs.
Memory Notes
- Bank, Rank, DIMM, and XOR Interleaving is supported.
- UltraSPARC IIIi supports single bank and dual bank DDR-1 SDRAM DIMMs.
- Two DIMMs of the same bank size (single or dual) and memory size form a
bank.
- The minimum requirement is two DIMMs in any Bank (B0/D0/D1 or B1/D0/D1).
- Only CPU 0 DIMMs are accessible in a single CPU system (CPU 0).
- Memory is mapped globally and is accessible by either CPU in a dual-CPU
system.
- Memory error reporting identifies a failing Bank, not a single failing DIMM.
