 Memory Notes
Bank, Rank, DIMM, and XOR Interleaving is supported.
UltraSPARC IIIi supports single bank and dual bank DDR DIMMs.
Two DIMMs of the same bank size (single or dual) and memory size form a
    bank.
The minimum requirement is two DIMMs in any Bank (B0/D0/D1 or B1/D0/D1).
Memory error reporting identifies a failing Bank, not a single failing DIMM.
 Motherboard Notes
The Motherboard FRU includes Motherboard 501-6344, AC Wire Harness 530-3146,
Flex Circuit Cable 530-3147, and CPU/Memory Shroud 540-5285.
Do NOT pull on AC Wire Harness connectors P9 or P10. The connectors attach
sideways to the Motherboard and are held in place by the CPU/Memory Shroud.
The CPU/Memory Shroud holds Tomatillo heatsinks at U1501 and U2601 in place.
Master Tomatillo interfaces include the ALOM/RSM Slot, Ethernet 1,
    Flash PROM, I2C, ATA-100, PCI Slots 0, 1, and 3, SCSI, Serial B,
Serial PROM, Smart Card Reader, TOD, and USB 0-3.
Slave Tomatillo interfaces include Ethernet 0, and PCI Slots 2, 4, and 5.
