Notes

1. The minimum Solaris operating system is Solaris 10 8/07.
2. System Board 375-3510 details are not available in a Bill of Materials.
3. Heatsink 310-0160 is pregreased with Shin-Etsu X23-7783D.
4. The System Board FRU includes a mounting tray, four 250-1802 Cleaning Wipes, and four 310-0065 Thermal Grease Syringes.
5. A two-CPU configuration utilizes CPU0 and CPU1.

Firmware Notes

1. MAXII CPLD code at U107 does not have a Sun part number.
2. BIOS code at U44 does not have a Sun part number.
3. System Board 540-7381-01 with ELOM changed to 540-7381-02 with ILOM in August 2008. (WO_39580)

Memory Notes

1. Install memory in matched pairs.
2. Memory FRUs include two matched DIMMs.
3. Sun Fire X4450 DIMMs are not labeled with the FRU part number.
4. Install the largest capacity memory in the lowest numbered slots.
5. Install the first DIMM pair in slots A0/B0. Install the second pair in slots C0/D0.
6. Install additional memory in slots A1/B1, C1/D1, A2/B2, C2/D2, A3/B3, C3/D3, A4/B4, C4/D4, A5/B5, C5/D5, A6/B6, C6/D6, A7/B7, and C7/D7.
7. A 3mm allen wrench is required to remove the Memory Riser cap-head screws.
