Rack Mounting
The Sun StorEdge L500 Tape Library is supported in the following units: Characteristics include:
  • Up to four L500 modules (base module and 3 expansion modules) can be mounted in any Sun cabinet.
  • Up to five L500 modules (base module and 4 expansion modules) can also be mounted in any industry standard 19-inch cabinet or rack.
  • The L500 with five modules requires 40RU of cabinet space.
