Notes:
- If the SPARCstation 4 tcx frame buffer outputs sync on green, the
board is not compatible with the 16-inch monitor. The monitor can not remove
sync from the green output. Sync on green causes a higher than normal green
output level. Refer to BugID 1218690.
- Jumper J0501 on the SS4 CPU enables or disables sync on green.
