As a result of a recent backend infrastructure upgrade, the following changes have been made to the process to activate Hi-Track monitoring of SE99XX systems and to implement notifications for alarms from SE99XX systems.

Activation - When activating a SE99XX system to be monitored via HiTrack, the system must be activated in the SAMS portal to initiate monitoring of alarms. The following information will need to be provided:

• customer site name
• system installation address
• customer contacts onsite and radiance routing information

A reminder to enter this information has been added to the post installation document for AMER, the site ID request for APAC and the SE9900 EMEA install page.

Notification - If the support or account team requires special notification, outside of normal case management contact, you will need to subscribe to receive automatic notifications from the Sun Alarm Management System (SAMS). If you or your customer require additional contact beyond simple notification, you will need to set up a SIN notice to accommodate special instructions for monitored customers.
