CauseRoot CauseCAM version 6.6 (or lower) pulls the motherboard assembly WWN. ASR expects the system serial number, which is programmed within the power distribution board assembly and is physically located on the F5100 front left bezel. Resolution Customer must install CAM version 6.7 (or greater), which pulls the expected system serial number found on the power distribution board assembly.
