Symptoms
Customers are unable to PXE boot even if Network is set to the first boot option in the BIOS.

Resolution
In order to PXE boot, one of the MBA (Master Boot Agent) devices must be set as the primary boot device in the BIOS.
MBA should not be confused with Network Boot as the MBA on the v20z is specifically for PXE (Preboot Execution Environment ) boot protocol. The Network Boot option in the BIOS would be used for other network boot options such as RPL, BOOTP, and NetWare.
To ensure that the MBA device is set at the highest boot order do the following:
1) Boot the platform
2) Select F2 to go into the BIOS
3) Arrow over to the "Boot" section
4) Select "Boot" Order
5) Move the MBA device to the highest priority
6) Save changes and exit
