Steps to Follow When the 3V lithium battery must be replaced, the system clock will be reset. This may result a major problem for databases. So after the battery has been replaced, the system clock must be adjusted before booting -up the system by using the ALOM command e.g. "sc> setdate 031621452007" sc> setdate [[mmdd]HHMM | mmddHHMM[cc]yy][.SS] Now you can safely boot-up the system.
