PreviouslyPublishedAs 209677 Description The purpose of this document is to get the Sun Fire[TM] T2000 to the ok> when the "sc>break" command does not work. Steps to Follow The following procedure is used if the break command from the "sc>" does not work or if the system is in a reboot loop and the customer can not get it to break to the ok> From the sc> prompt, type: sc> bootmode bootscript="setenv auto-boot? false" Press Enter. then type: sc> reset Note: You must have a level user permission to use this command. Note: The bootmode command requires that you reset the host server within 10 minutes after issuing the command. If you do not issue the poweroff and poweron commands or the reset command within 10 minutes, the host server ignores the bootmode command.
