You can collect information regarding the Storage 33xx/35xx array either via Explorer, or
explicitly with the "minnow extractor" utility.

This is an explorer-like tool to gather vital SE3xxx information.

Goal

Description

This tool collects support information from Sun Storage 33xx/35xx storage to generate diagnostics. This tool is a script comprised of a series of sccli commands,
and requires the installation of the Sun StorEdge 3000 Family CLI  (sccli) which
can be found at the Oracle Software Download site.

Solution

Steps to Follow

The se3kxtr is a data gathering utility designed to capture information from 33x0/351x
disk arrays. Output is generated as a compressed tar archive that can be used by customers
to provide information to Oracle engineers to aid in the analysis of events and issues.

It will generate output similar to:

se3kxtr..-YYYY.MM.DD.hh.mm.tar.{gz|Z}.
