GoalRebooting drives can sometimes free a stuck cartridge.SolutionSteps to Follow:Reboot a device using SL Console. 1. Before doing anything, collect the error information and review the event logs. Refer to 1014228.1 if necessary.
2. From the SL Console Op Panel, go to Tools/Diagnostics. Expand the list to show the affected device (CAP, Drive, Elevator, Robot, or Library). 3. Attempt to Reboot the device by selecting the device and pressing the Reboot button. Libraries should only be Rebooted if the SL8500 (all four LSM's) are completely down/offline.
