• This training is for the Service roles in the SILKS system:
Technical Support and Field Storage CSE.
• The goals of the session are to know how to access the system, regenerate a license, license key installation and service processes.

NOTE:
Should you need assistance with SILKs Keys, you need to open an SR in MOS and have the agent assign it as follows:

   PLA -> Sun Systems -> TAPE -> Tape Hardware -> Licensing and Part Numbers

SILKS Help Email Alias Changed - Effective immediately (24-Mar-2011), the SILKS Help email alias for missing or wrong keys has changed again.  The new alias is licensecodes_WW@oracle.com . The previous email lists have been decommissioned.
